职位描述及要求
Responsibilities: 主要职责：
To monitor the overall situation of the factory.
负责工厂的日常运行；
To make planning， co-ordination and control production processes， including planning， logistic， warehouse control， assembly， testing and on-site installation area.
计划、协调、控制生产过程，包括计划、物流、仓库管理、装配、调试及现场安装领域；
Participating in constructing and optimizing organization of the Production group.
参加构建及优化生产部门的组织结构；
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
监控生产过程，并在需要时相应地调整工作计划；
Supervising and motivating a team of works.
监督并控制团队工作；
To ensure machine and services are produced efficiently and on time.
确保机器及设备及时并高效率地生产制造；
To improve the workshop ability and performance.
提高车间生产能力及业绩；
To ensure each operation is completed according to proper procedure and discipline.
确保每个操作过程按照正确的程序和规则执行；
To develop or improve operation procedures and maximize the utilization of manpower.
发展并提高生产流程，最优化地使用人工；
Follow up concrete projects according to production procedure of the Company.
跟踪公司所有项目的生产流程；
To communicate with people of other departments and/or customers and/or suppliers.
保持与其他部门，以及客户或者供应商的适时沟通；

Qualifications:任职资质：
Degree/background学历/背景：
College Degree in Mechanical， Electronic， or Automation Engineering or relevant.
机械、电气或自动化工程及相关专业/大专以上学历；
Experience经验：
At least 10-12 years‘experience in production management.
10-12年或以上生产行业管理经验；
Good understanding of the Manufacturing and Assembly Processes for complex automatic applications.
充分认识复杂自动化设备的制造和装配；
Background of Precision Gauges ，automobile industry， engine， and /or automatic manufacturing industry.
精密仪器、汽车、发动机、自动化制造等行业工作背景；
Language 语言：Good English in reading， writing and speaking
优秀的英文说、读、写能力；
Other requirements其他：
Good computer skills;
电脑操作熟练；
Good understanding of electrical drawings and mechanical manufacturing and assembly drawings.
良好的机械、电气设计图纸阅读能力；
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
优秀的沟通和协调能力；
Responsible， open-mind and willing to learn.
有责任心、开朗乐观、积极的学习精神；
Flexible， Excellent Team-working.
灵活，优秀的团队领导能力；

Must要求:
非标机械产品生产管理经验，组织管理能力要强，熟悉生产工艺流程。
英语流利。
考虑到合资转为独资所以候选人管理上有很好的技巧，流程理解力，分析能力要强。
机械，电气或自动化工程相关专业。
沟通能力强
